Diamond Clutch Stage 1 LSx Clutch Kit

Stage 1 - This clutch kit was developed with focus on maximum durability, while retaining maximum streetibility. Normally, the "stronger" the clutch is, the more driveability you will lose. This clutch setup is extremely easy to drive (very close to stock feel). It uses a 12 inch heavy duty organic disc with approximately 50% more friction material than stock. There is virtually no chatter at all. It is perfect for any modded car that sees spirited driving on a regular basis. Rated at 500HP holding capacity. However, this clutch is not designed to consistently handle hard launches (for example, a 5000RPM clutch dump at the track). Of course if you plan to flog your car at the track, the Extreme Duty will suit your needs much better.

A lightweight 15lb chromoly flywheel is included with all complete kits. If you prefer a weight closer to stock, we will exchange a 25lb billet steel flywheel free of charge.
